When sales staff at an auto dealership refer the car owner (the buyer) to use Apeax services performed at the Vietnam Car Care center, the referrer receives an immediate 15% discount on each service order. This is highly beneficial for dealerships partnering with APEAX, whose contributions are recorded and rewarded per the Dealership agreement.

INCENTIVE MECHANISM & BENEFITS
For Manufacturers, Dealers and Sales Staff.
1. Volume-Based Tiers (%)
- Tier 1 (0–10 orders/month): 3% of pre-VAT value paid to the dealer.
- Tier 2 (11–25 orders/month): 5%.
- Tier 3 (26+ orders/month): 7%.
- Optional: add a +1% booster during the first 2 months after launch.
2. Fixed Bonuses
- Standard package: [xxx,000 VND]/order
- Premium package: [yyy,000 VND]/order
- VIP package: [xyxy,000 VND]/order
3. Hybrid
- 2% fixed plus milestone bonuses when reaching 15/30/50 orders per month (one-time bonus per milestone).
4. Top Performer
- Voucher/cash bonus of [1–3] million VND for the top 03 salespeople each month.
- Increase discount by 1%–2% during peak seasons (Holidays/Tet).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Cooperation term
12 months, automatically renewed if no termination notice is given at least 30 days in advance.
2. Location
Only applicable at the Vietnam Car Care District 7 center during official business hours.
3. Commitment
Meeting all agreed KPIs.
4. Other services
Not applicable to spare parts/services outside the Apeax portfolio or third-party services not provided by Apeax/VCC.
*Not applicable to retail packages.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Non-transferable.
- VCC/Apeax reserves the right to temporarily suspend the program in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), or for dealerships/sales staff who fail to meet the required KPIs, with notice given within a maximum of 7 working days.

Receive an immediate 15% discount on service fees.
Vietnam Car Care is the sole authorized center in Vietnam to perform services and supply genuine Apeax products, tools, and equipment.
Vietnam Car Care, the automotive service center, will handle marketing and offer high discounts for customers referring APEAX services and products to the center in Ho Chi Minh City.

What if the customer forgets the code?
Reconcile by phone number + dealer/salesperson confirmation in the form.
Does this apply to used cars or vehicles already delivered?
Yes, as long as the code is valid within the program period.
How is the commission paid?
Bank transfer at the beginning of the following month, with an attached order report.
